WARRANTY FAQ

Clear answers about what’s covered and how it works

What does the warranty cover?

All jewellery purchased from Tribu is covered by a 90-day warranty from the delivery date. This warranty includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Stones that fall out due to a fault in the setting

What’s not covered under the warranty?

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • General wear and tear (like scratches, dents, or tarnishing)

  • Accidental damage (e.g., drops, knocks, or improper storage)

  • Water damage (for non-waterproof items) or misuse

  • Repairs done by third parties

  • Lost or stolen items

How do I make a warranty claim?

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please email us at info@tribu.co.uk with the following:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item, especially the area in question

We'll review your request and let you know the next steps. In some cases, we may need the item returned for inspection before confirming coverage.

Can I get a repair after the warranty period ends?

Yes! Even if your item is outside the 90-day warranty window, we may still be able to help with a paid repair. Just reach out to us for a quote.

Any tips for preventing damage?

We always recommend storing your jewellery properly, avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals or water, and removing it during physical activities. A little extra care goes a long way! For further information on care and maintenance, check out our material guide.
