How do I return an item?

The customer may exchange or return an item after obtaining a reference code from Tribu's head office within 7 days on delivery. To do so, please contact us by phone, or email. 

Postage and Packaging will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
In case of cancellation, if the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be bourn by the customer.
This does not include bespoke or items which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons like Body Piercings and or any type of item that involved Piercing insertion.
We do not accept exchanged or returned Body Piercings and Earrings that have been worn (or tried on) or where any labels or tags have been removed from such an item. 
Unless items returned in its original condition and packaging (Body Piercing and Earrings must not be open).
If not, Tribu Ltd reserves the right to refuse the item and make a refund. 
Please note that sale items can not be exchanged or refunded.
