What’s Covered:
All jewellery purchased from Tribu is covered by a 90-day warranty from the delivery date. This warranty covers:

What’s Not Covered:

General wear and tear (including scratches, dents, or tarnishing)

Accidental damage (such as drops, impact, or improper storage)

Damage caused by misuse, water exposure (for non-waterproof pieces), or unauthorised repairs

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item has a defect covered under warranty, please contact us at info@tribu.co.uk with the following:

Photos of the item (including the damaged area)
We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps. In some cases, we may need the item returned for inspection before confirming coverage.
