We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery, and we want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase from us.

 

 


What’s Covered: 

All jewellery purchased from Tribu is covered by a 90-day warranty from the delivery date. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

 

 

What’s Not Covered:

  • General wear and tear (including scratches, dents, or tarnishing)

  • Accidental damage (such as drops, impact, or improper storage)

  • Damage caused by misuse, water exposure (for non-waterproof pieces), or unauthorised repairs

  • Lost or stolen items

 


How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a defect covered under warranty, please contact us at info@tribu.co.uk with the following:

  1. Your order number or proof of purchase

  2. A clear description of the issue

  3. Photos of the item (including the damaged area)

We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps. In some cases, we may need the item returned for inspection before confirming coverage.

 

 

Important Notes

  • We recommend storing your jewellery properly and handling it with care to extend its life.

  • Repairs requested after the warranty period may still be available for a fee—please reach out for a quote.
