Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Non-returnable:
• Custom, engraved, or personalised pieces (unless faulty)
• Pierced jewellery that’s been opened (due to UK hygiene laws)

Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.

White Skull Gauge Earrings

Shipping took a bit but that was understandable. Item looks very nice but there wasn't 2 available for tapering so I'd have to do one ear at a time. Ordered the 12mm because I'm at 10mm and I can fit it all the way through already. They're made well but make sure they have a pair and maybe go 2 sizes bigger if you are trying to gauge up. They are handmade so not perfectly round which was the case for me and what I needed. Still looks good though.
