Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Non-returnable:
• Custom, engraved, or personalised pieces (unless faulty)
• Pierced jewellery that’s been opened (due to UK hygiene laws)

To start a return, email info@tribu.co.uk with your order number and reason. If you have a Tribu account, you can request it directly there.

Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
They took my money, gave me a fake/old tracking number and never even sent my order. They placated me about the slow shipping for 4 months before I finally called Etsy and discovered my order was never even shipped. Worst kind of THIEVES AND SCAMMERS. Etsy says this account will be suspended. Hopefully no one else gets scammed for beautiful jewelry They probably don't even sell.
