I received the wrong item—what should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at info@tribu.co.uk with your order number, a photo of the item you received, and details of what you expected. We'll fix the issue as quickly as possible.

 


My item arrived damaged—what now?

Definitely. Start by checking your tracking link (included in your shipping confirmation email). If it’s delayed or stuck, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.


 

I entered the wrong shipping address—can I change it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible with the correct details.

     I’m missing part of my order—what should I do?

    Please get in touch with us and let us know what’s missing. We’ll check it against our records and get the missing item sent to you promptly.

     


    Can I cancel or change my order?

    If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us quickly with your order number and the change you’d like to make.

     

    I received my order, but the item isn’t what I expected. Can I return it?

    Yes, absolutely. If your item is unworn, in its original condition and sealed packaging, and you're within 30 days of receiving it, you're welcome to return it for a refund or exchange. Just reach out to us at info@tribu.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
