RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, this one is for you:

 


The customer may exchange or return an item within 30 days from the delivery date.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be: 

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

 

Not eligible for returns and exchanges:

  • Custom-made, personalised, or engraved jewellery is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Due to hygiene regulations in the UK, returns and exchanges on all pierced jewellery will not be accepted unless the item has not been removed from the sealed original package.


To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team info@tribu.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Alternatively, if you have a Tribu account, you can request a return directly through your account.

 


  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error by sending the incorrect size, colour, material, or design. Tribu will take full responsibility. Please contact us as soon as the item arrives and provide a photograph of the item in question. We will then rectify the matter and send a replacement after receiving the incorrect item back.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, the re-shipping fee for the replacement product, and any applicable taxes.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
