What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange an item within 30 days from the date it was delivered, as long as it meets our return criteria.
What items are eligible for return or exchange?
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn and in original condition

Returned in its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
What items are not eligible for return or exchange?

Custom-made, personalised, or engraved pieces (unless they have a manufacturing defect)

Pierced jewellery that has been removed from its sealed packaging (due to UK hygiene regulations)
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email our support team at info@tribu.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if I want to exchange an item?
For exchanges, you're responsible for:

The cost of shipping the item back

A re-shipping fee for the new item

Any applicable taxes on the replacement
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your returned item. Please note: shipping fees are not refundable.
What if I received the wrong item?
If we made a mistake with your order (wrong size, colour, material, or design), we’ll take full responsibility.
Contact us right away with a photo of the item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement once the incorrect item is returned to us.
