    Returns & Exchanges

    You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

    Non-returnable:
    • Custom, engraved, or personalised pieces (unless faulty)
    • Pierced jewellery that’s been opened (due to UK hygiene laws)

    To start a return, email info@tribu.co.uk with your order number and reason. If you have a Tribu account, you can request it directly there.

    Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.

    These are beautiful. I've been waiting to buy these for several months. I finally got them for myself and they arrived today. They are made really well and good quality, as is everything I've gotten from Tribu.

    That being said, they are HUGE. Pay attention to the sizes on the jewelry because these are really heavy and there is no way I could wear these for any extended time. I don't think I could wear these for more than 30 minutes. I've always been super conscious of not stretching out my piercings so I'm super disappointed but I had just assumed these would not be this heavy. Large sized earrings would be fine but these are just so heavy. It would be immensely helpful if pictures of the product included photos on a model for context.

    Not being sure about how I would feel without trying them on I did try them knowing I wouldn't be able to return them if I did. I am going to see about having them repurposed into a necklace or something.
