Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Non-returnable:
• Custom, engraved, or personalised pieces (unless faulty)
• Pierced jewellery that’s been opened (due to UK hygiene laws)

Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.

The claws are comfortable to wear. One small thing that's vaguely obvious... The talons are sharp. Not a big deal, but I did get them caught in a towel.
