Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner. Please review the following terms and guidelines before placing your order:

Wholesale Terms

Wholesale Discount:
We offer a 50% discount off retail prices listed on the Tribu website, with the exception of gold, silver, and select brass pieces, which are discounted at 20–25%.

Minimum Order Value:
Orders must total a minimum of £500 (based on wholesale prices, excluding shipping).

Shipping:
Shipping costs vary by weight and destination, typically ranging between £10–£30.

Payment:
A pro-forma invoice will be issued once your order is reviewed. Full payment must be made via bank transfer to Tribu London Ltd before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times may vary depending on order size and product availability. We'll confirm estimated delivery once payment is received.

Exchanges & Returns:
Exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with a detailed description and supporting images.

Price Disclaimer:
Please note that Tribu reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time—before or after an order is placed—particularly in response to fluctuations in the cost of precious metals or gemstones.

How to Place a Wholesale Order

  1. Add your chosen items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

  2. Create an account with all required details—this allows us to capture your order without requiring immediate payment.

  3. Submit your order.

  4. We’ll review your order and send you a pro-forma invoice including final wholesale prices, shipping costs, and notes on any out-of-stock items (which you may choose to replace).

  5. Once payment is received, we will prepare and ship your order promptly.
