All orders are normally dispatched within 48 to 72 (2-3 days) hours from receipt of payment. If for some reason any of the ordered items are not in stock, we will contact you within 72 hours and offer you alternatives, vouchers or a full refund.

Missed your Delivery? Your parcel will wait for you at your local post office to pick it up. After 7 days, unclaimed parcels will be sent back to sender (Tribu).
