The hoop hanger is a remarkable piece of jewellery consisting of two parts: an intricate three-dimensional bead sculpted with carved and embossed geometric shapes and a seamless ring. This versatile piece can be separated into two parts, making it a great addition to any jewellery collection.

- Change of Heart: If you wish to return an item due to a change of heart, and the goods have already been dispatched to you, the return delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
- Jewellery Returns:
We accept returns of jewellery items such as rings, necklaces, bracelets, or any other item that does not go through a piercing hole. For hygiene reasons, please avoid wearing jewellery like body piercings or any items that involve piercing insertion if you are unsure about your purchase.
- Earrings and Piercing Jewellery: We only exchange or offer refunds for earrings or piercing jewellery if the packaging has not been opened.
