How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. You’ll see estimated delivery times at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We offer both standard and express options.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Possibly. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on your country’s laws. These fees are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us right away. We’ll do our best to track the parcel or help you file a claim with the courier.
Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
We don’t process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be handled on the next business day.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to update your shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct details.
What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Double-checking your address is important! If you spot a mistake, let us know immediately. Unfortunately, if the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes or recover it if it's delivered to the wrong address.
