CUSTOM ORDERS FAQ

The Process, the Policies, and What to Expect

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount due, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion—for example, in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

How do I place a custom order?

Just get in touch with us via email or through our contact form with your idea, and we’ll take it from there. The more details you can provide (materials, style, budget, timeline), the better we can help. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send you a quote and timeline before getting started.

What is your policy on custom orders?

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you. We require full payment upfront before production begins. Turnaround time varies depending on the design, but most custom pieces take 2–6 weeks to complete.

Can I cancel or change my custom order after it's placed?

Once we’ve started work on your piece, cancellations or changes aren’t possible. If you need to adjust something early on, please contact us ASAP—we’ll do our best to accommodate, but additional charges may apply.

Can I customise an existing design from your shop?

Absolutely! Many of our pieces can be customised with different materials, sizes, or finishes. Let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Jewellery with a story

Founded in London in 1998, Tribu was built on one simple idea: jewellery should mean something. Every piece we create is designed to express individuality, not trends - crafted for people who choose their own path and wear it with confidence.

From tribal roots to modern expression

Our early collections helped pioneer tribal-inspired jewellery with a modern edge. Over the years, that influence has evolved into designs shaped by sacred geometry, spirituality, yoga culture and urban gypsy style - blending heritage with contemporary form.

Designed to stand apart

We work with a wide mix of materials, organic woods, stones and shells combined with silver, gold and metals, pushing boundaries while staying true to our roots. Tribu exists to explore what jewellery can be, not what it’s expected to be.
