Crochet solide en corne tribale fait à la main. Ce piercing d'oreille est en forme de spirale en haut et de forme triangulaire en bas, cependant le triangle a une base incurvée, qui fait partie de la spirale supérieure. Au milieu de ce crochet se trouve également un trou ressemblant à un petit cœur.
