Terms of Service

  1. In the process of continual improvement and updating of products we reserve the right to alter the design and or specifications of any goods herein.
  2. Whilst we try to deliver goods within 30 days of payment, no responsibility can be accepted for strikes, accidents or delays.
  3. All goods must be examined upon receipt and if damaged, faulty upon delivery or not as you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by fax, email or letter to obtain a return reference.
  4. We do not exchange nor offer refunds on any earrings or piercing jewellery whatsoever. Other items will only be exchanged if they have not been worn and the condition is as new - no marks, scratches or blemishes. Return postage and packing will be at the customer's expense. We do not accept returns, nor exchange ordered items from wholesale customers, unless they are faulty, once the order has been paid for. Please note that Sale items or any item purchased at a discounted price cannot be returned or refunded at all.
  5. All prices subject to alteration without prior notice and are exclusive of carriage.
  6. It is company policy to request payment with order. All orders have to be paid pro-forma by cheque, cash or bank transfer. Overseas customers are asked to pay in Sterling.
  7. Goods supplied shall be at customers risk immediately on delivery.
  8. Any clerical or other error of omission on any text, quotation, pricelist, invoice or other document issued by Tribu shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Tribu
  9. If payments are not received within 14 days of placing an order, the order will automatically be cancelled and the items returned to stock.
  10. Tribu reserve the right to refuse any sale, enquiry or customer without given reason.
