Dispatch
All orders are normally dispatched within seven working days from receipt of payment. International orders will generally be received within 14 working days. If for some reason any of the ordered items are not in stock even if stated so on the website, we will contact you and offer you alternatives, vouchers or a refund on any payment taken, since we do not operate a back order system.
