How do I return an item?

The customer may exchange or return an item within 30 days from the delivery date.

Please email us to: info@tribu.co.uk and we will process your request.

In case we have supplied you with the wrong item we will rectify or fully refund your order including shipping costs.

In case of cancellation, if the goods have already been dispatched to you, and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

if you're unsure about your purchase, for hygiene reasons, we ask you to avoid wearing jewellery like Body Piercings and or any type of item that involved piercing insertion.

We exchange or offer refunds on any earrings or piercing jewellery only if the packaging hasn't been open!

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the process if something isn’t right.
